The place is really comfortable and equipped with everything a person can need. There are several supermarkets nearby, as well as a McDonald's. The neighbourhood is tranquil, and there isn't a lot of noise. The tram that goes to the city centre and the bus station is a 5-minute walk.

It is a bit far from the city centre, 40-minute walk from the main square.
