One of the staff is not treating the customer well

Only the manager Mr.Faizal was cooperative and we took family room which was fine. Also Anshu from the House Keeping was really helpful.

My stay at Hotel Astra was extremely disappointing and reflects a complete lack of hospitality. The staff, both at reception and in the restaurant, were uncooperative and discourteous. Breakfast was strictly limited to 8–10 am, and at exactly 10, food was removed even while guests were still eating. This kind of treatment shows no regard for guest comfort. On another occasion, when I requested an extra lemon for a dish, I was told it would be chargeable—highlighting a very petty and unwelcoming approach. Almost every request was met with resistance or refusal. The cleanliness and hygiene were equally poor—the mattress in my room had insects, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, the property completely lacks the basic standards of hospitality, service, and care that one expects from a hotel. I would strongly advise future guests to reconsider before booking this place.

The wifi has an issue, the room stinks, they don't communicate well regarding breakfast time—too many marks in the duvet and bed sheet. As per the price it's not worth it
