From first day I noticed issues with the property and shared my concerns. The team denied one of the safety concerns I had. If I could share videos on this post I would have. After checking out, the £250 deposit has to be released 24 hours after but I didn’t get a message from this team until 48 hours after, only because I messaged first. I was informed the rooms were left messy, and the bedding was burnt. In the images, we can see that it’s bedsheets. Good thing I recorded the property as we left it. Without any discussions, they refunded £70 but I was entitled to £250 because I didn’t cause any damages and provided evidence to support that. I submitted the video of the property with the date and time visible to support my case. They didn’t take any of that into consideration because in the video, it shows that the property was ‘not left in a mess’. I even expressed that we had no heating electronics in the property for the burnt to be caused. The team is now withholding my £180 because of the damage to the mattress. I am so disappointed because there’s no mattress burns, there’s only bed sheet burns. This host doesn’t deserve to run a business because they are dishonest and have fraudulently taken my deposit.

Everything overall was excellent, the property was very nice and clean, comfortable and very modern.
