Private Room with Shared Bathroom on the 1st Floor 10 minutes walk to University of Washington

Bed and room was comfortable but no tv or radio to tune out all the noise

Other tenants at the property were very loud they stomped and slammed doors all day and night I didn’t get any sleep at all while I was there and I work overnight. Kitchen was very dusty and dirty the sink water was cold and it was crumbs and dust everywhere. Shared washer and dryer with the students who would leave laundry in hours at a time. Wouldn’t recommend if you are traveling for work you will get irritated after the first hour with all the stomping and slamming of the doors

The location and price was fair and reasonable.

I didn't like my neighbor, she was either extremely nasty l and noisy. We shared the bathroom and she never cleaned behind herself. There was excessive noise and stomping above me. The kitchen area never was cleaned. The other guest would cook and leave the counters and stove uncleaned.

Great flexibility in the relations with the agent.

The Corridors of the residence would deserve a cleaning

Safe area in student quarters.

Poor internet.

The key does not work properly.
