USThe property is in serious need of repairs. The shower faucet in the master bath was loose and leaking. Had to sleep with the bathroom door closed to not hear the water dripping. The sofa fabric was ripped. The walls were dirty and badly in need of paint. The hall bathroom was missing floor tiles.
