at first..check in details was so hard to get..it wasn't my first rodeo to book a homestay or serviced residence .but this is by far the worst i had experienced i get an instruction via booking message (person A) to contact another number(person B)..i have never need to do that,so i gave my contacts next i know.they will not contact me unless i find them first..so i contacted person B before my arrival it took forever to get them to give info..but then, i was directed to person C to get details all that hassle just for a lockbox code we went just a few minutes earlier than 3 ,,then we got a knock for housekeeping ..why at 3pm only housekeeping ..i have no issues with the cleanliness .so i refused the service the lift was carpeted ..since they have a waterpark and no requirements/facilities downstairs to change to dry clothes ...people have been using the lift and wet the carpet..so it smells like old house..musty i took the stairs because it was public holiday and very crowded ..i was shocked by the amount of cigarettes butts laying around each staircase ...and i can smell people actively smoking nearing dusk .. now let's talk about waterpark..it was dirty ..no regulations .no security guards ..too many counters to go thru before u can go in on your way out ..u have to go through a restaurant /dining area..which smells like vomit/rotten food this is just my honest and personal review ..i personally may not come here again

There are several cockroaches around the kitchen and bathroom areas. Kindly request the owner to treat and eliminate them.

The house is cozy and comfortable. The admin is very responsive and friendly.
