Large Family Home Central Location 3 Double Bedrooms and 1 Single Bedroom

The upstairs was massive great space bedrooms

The area was not great to be around very worn out street got woken up in the night with people arguing and we walked to the one stop that was probably 4 mins from the house we seen 3 lady's working on the street homeless people we seen 2 people selling legal stuff if you catch me was terrible to see such a low poverty area

The property was a great place to stay. The kids loved the beds and their own rooms, the facilities were good and there was a shop near by. It was a great value for money. Thank you.

Nothing was an issue.

The only good feature of this property is that it is close to the stadium for concerts. We were back within 15 minutes of leaving the concert. Parking was free and easy to find outside the property. Key pick up was in a lock box outside property and communication with owner was quick and easy.

Everything is old, broken or dirty. Living room - the sofas were unclean. Carpets in the whole house were worn out and had holes. We didn’t want to take our shoes off because it seemed dirty. Bedrooms - one of the double bedrooms the door doesn’t shut and there are no curtains only a broken blind. No wardrobes just hanging rails. Bathroom - bath was dirty, did not want to use the shower for this reason. Toilet seat was cracked. Kitchen - everything was old and didn’t seem clean. We did not want to cook anything in the oven or hob. Garden is unusable, old furniture, overgrown and not pretty. The whole house needs updating to make it fresher and newer. Considering we paid £400 for one night, it was not worth the money. Would not recommend at all.

Location wise it was perfect for where we were working and plenty of parking for our vans

Not really a issue with the property itself as it can't be helped, but as we were working nights sleeping during the day was tricky for one of the group due to the train in the distance, but he is a bit precious
