Cosy, Conveniently Located House by Dwell Haven - Close to Cardiff centre

This was my second time staying, the property is reasonably priced, a good size and nice and clean.

Nice small house, felt like a home for the week I stayed there. Good to have a garden and driveway.

Couple of outstanding repairs needed

Self catering.

When entering there was a damp doggie smell, cutlery and plates where dirty and had to wash before using. toilet roll holder and toilet seat loose. shower was very hot and could not a just to make it cooler as the knob to a just did not work. Bedding had a sweaty smell. owner rang to make sure all was ok before we arrived and was very nice. I feel he has been let down by who he has cleaning and looking after the property.

Lovely house with garden in a quiet close, very close to city centre and ideal for my stay

It was a clean and very pleasant little house, with everything I needed. Nice modern decoration, if a little cheaply done.

Sleeping with the bedroom window open was very difficult due to the nearby noisy railway line and seagulls. I'm sure this wouldn't be a problem most of the year, as you could just close the window, but I visited during an unusually hot spell.

The apartment looked nice and had plenty of space. The sofa was comfortable for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen had everything I needed, including enough coffee to last my entire stay.

The bed was uncomfortable. Too soft, and you can feel the springs. The divide between the mattresses was very noticeable and uncomfortable when laying on the bed. Perhaps a king-sized mattress topper would have helped. There was a nail sticking up from the floorboards in the bedroom. Wifi in the flat was extremely slow and frequently didn't work at all. When it did work, a content filter blocked access to many sites. Communications from the host provided conflicting check-in & check-out times, and required additional, personal information to be provided outside of Booking.com.

The house was well located for our trip. Close to the centre of Cardiff where we attended The Principality Stadium for a rugby match.

Kitchen is a bit tired and one of the drawers needs fixing.

The place felt very homely, it was like being at home away from home! So nice and cosy, great communication with the host! Can not fault it at all
