Very clean and comfortable appartments We were 8 and we stayed on all floors. The fireplace is amazing Also it is in the center .

It doesn't have nice pillows. 

No breakfast. Very loud at night, disturbed sleep.

There was no hot water in 2 of the 3 apartments. When I reported it, the host told me to "open the forniture and see if the hot water is on." The forniture was in the stairwell and over our heads, with no stool to use. This communication is all through the WhatsApp app. After numerous other text communications, he stated that it was not his fault but rather Central's and that there was nothing he could do. This went on for 2 days. Finally, the host came and bled the system, and it worked. We checked out the following day. The gas fireplaces worked, but the gas hot water did not. Hum? Additionally, the refrigerator was not on, and there were no instructions on how to turn it on. And the wifi did not work in the top two apartments. I told the host when he came to bleed the system that we wanted our money back, and he said, ' Fine, I've got insurance anyway.' The top apartment bed was located about seven flights up, with an unfinished area that was particularly hazardous at night, making it difficult to walk down the two flights to reach the bathroom. There was a low ledge in the unfinished portion where I hit my head during the night. The photos did not accurately portray the apartments. I sent Booking an email with the complaint and request for credit to my account but did not hear anything back.

Great location close to cathedral, shops, bars and restaurants. Nice style of decor.

Duvets were a little thin for the time of year, but fires in each bedroom meant we stayed warm. There are a lot of stairs!

Loved the fireplaces. My ratings would have been higher had we not been in room #3. The bed is 4 flights up from the living space, had to crouch to avoid hitting my head on one of the sections. Our friends were in bedroom #2, which was lovely.

Beautiful house, very nicely decorated. We loved it. A lot of stairs as the rooms are all on different floors. That gives extra privacy if you're e.g traveling with a group of friends.

Location was superb - very convenient. Very clean and comfortable. Access and security was very good - felt very secure.

Would be good to have magazines, books about the sights to see in Granada and some recommendations. The apartment contained no such information. Shower did not fully function. Insufficient warning about height restriction on the internal staircase. A warning was only shown in one direction. Both directions would make sense. I banged my head twice. Yes, my own fault, yet adequate warning placement would have been good. More kitchen utensils for cooking (e.g. collander/sieve for draining pasta). More towels - we were two people and there only two towels plus a floor towel. Noise from the street below was very audible. Unable to easily contact the owner/host of the property. Every time I got an e-mail (to my registered e-mail account, saying that I'd received a new message, clicking on the link that took me to booking.com showed that I had no messages. So I couldn't reply effectively. Not good from booking.com. Every message I did receive was in Spanish which I kept having to translate. Would have been an idea for booking.com to automatically translate it so that I can actually understand what is written. Particularly as booking.com know my language settings. Again, not good from booking.com.

The place was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and it was easy to get to main attraction on foot. The owner was very helpful.

Bed it’s ok but not the most comfortable. To stay for a few days is ok. the AC would do have a little weird noise during the night what woke us up a few times during the night. It could be only in a specific room so still worth for the price.
