Lovely stay, house is clean, room is enough for two with nice balcony. Max is really a nice host he’s responsive helped with all our inquiries and he gave us a guest pass that was really helpful in our trip(museum, cable car , trains and buses are all included) we found also little loacker wafer box in the room (cute gesture we appreciate it)

All good, even if location is not in center there’s bus station just in front of the house

"El mejor punto de partida en las Dolomitas"

El lugar tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. Bolzano fue nuestro punto de partida en las Dolomitas y en Casa di Max pudimos descansar y prepararnos para el viaje. Habitacion muy limpia y amplia. Tiene un supermercado muy cerca y Max nos dio un pase diario para movernos en el bus local gratis. Junto con esto Max fue muy amable y siempre estuvo en contacto, quien además habla muy bien español

En general todo muy bien. Queda un poco lejos del centro pero es fácil llegar en bus.

Balkon, Kostenloser Parkplatz, Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür, Fahrstuhl vorhanden, sauber. Ersatzhandtücher und -decken vorhanden. Alles was man braucht und mehr (Föhn, Shampoo etc.) vorhanden. Für leichte Schläfer empfehlen sich Oropax, da man die Nachbarn hören kann, falls sie lauter sind. Aber das hat uns in der Nacht nicht geweckt oä.

Freundlicher Gastgeber, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in die Wohnung nehmen.

Bad könnte etwas sauberer sein. Kaltweisse LED in der Küche.

Comfortable small apartments on the outskirts of Bolzano, not far from the long-distance bus station. Easy and straightforward check-in (the host sends an instruction in advance). The host also was very kind to provide the free public transport ticket which covers all the local buses and trains in the region. The bus stop is near the building, it's easy to reach the city center and the main bus/train station. The apartment is freshly refurbished, clean, quiet and has all the necessary commodities, the bed is very comfortable.

Not enough free space to place the personal belongings in the room.
