"Great Apartment Manager Ryan"

The manager Ryan went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. Very helpful Even bought the kids donuts as a fairwell gift

Apartment had Internet issues but Ryan the manager dropped off WiFi modem while service was down. Then called the provider to resolve the matter and was very helpful with a problem that was beyond his control. Did everything possible to help fix..

Security, it felt safe and there was a supermarket downstairs and also a 7/11 with many restaurants as well. Lots of cats in the courtyard. Great views from the balcony. Having a washing machine was great but we couldn’t find the dryer that was advertised. Good communication from the owner.

It was Easter when we stayed and there was no access to the pool. You need to buy a pool voucher to be able to use it and it was closed. There was a really musty smell in the corridor to the room although that’s quite common in Asian hotels.

We enjoyed the stay, the apartment was quirky with a unique appearance like the lights and some furnishings. The property has a supermarket at the bottom of the elevator with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. The owner is very responsive and communicated very well. I would recommend to anyone for the price and location. The garbage room is also very close which is convenient.

The kids pool was closed due to construction, however it could have been fenced of better for it to remain open as it was entirely possible. Not the owners fault. Also the building is so huge that during peak hours the elevator area is very busy.
