Water very slow

The location is quite decent — there are shopping malls nearby and it’s close to the jetty. However, there are a few inconveniences during the stay.

I would like to report a discrepancy between the listing description and the actual sleeping arrangements. The listing mentions that the accommodation includes 2 single beds, 2 double beds, and a sofa bed. However, upon arrival, I found that one single bed is missing—there is only one single mattress placed on the floor. For the sake of accuracy and to ensure future guests have the correct expectations, I suggest updating the listing description to reflect the actual situation. There is no free parking provided, and the unit only comes with one key. This is quite inconvenient, especially if guests are not returning at the same time. The person who has the key either needs to wait for the others to come back together, or go downstairs to let them in. It would be much more convenient if at least one extra key could be provided.

My friend grab the keys for me from mailbox, easy access & host was fast response.

We only got three towel when in the picture clearly all will have but nvm only stay for transit since my arrival was during midnight. The sofa stains mark maybe can cover with any lining to cover the stains 😊

Overall, location is great. Size is small but sufficient for 4 adults, in my opinion. Appreciate the extra beds provided and drinking water, as requested. Kitchen and cooking utensils is a plus, having TV with wifi and netflix is great too. Value for money I would say. Gym was closed during my stay. Pool is great as it is just by the sea with a fantastic view. There are a lot of nice cafes and restaurants and convenience store just below the service apartment. It is just 300m away from Jesselton Point and easy access to island hopping. Also walking distance to a huge shopping mall and other famous seafood restaurants. Owner is kind and responsive to questions. Will definitely repeat stay :)

The pick-up of the unit key is a bit tricky, and instructions could have been better. The actual process to open the lock from the letter box is challenging. In the end we had to use an emergency code to unlock it, as the instructions did not work. It is not straight forward, perhaps older generation may find it more challenging. We had to request for parking access card from owner, which was stored in another different block and had to open another locker to obtain it. If you do not ask, you will have to pay for carpark per hour rate. Overall, it was inconvenient. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Netflix password also not provided by default. Had to ask owner to get it. Suggestion: Owner should print a set of laminated instructions to access all amenities instead of having to ask a dozen of Q.

David was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in KK. Thanks again David, for a wonderful stay!

I think the ac in one of the room has a bit problem. It turned off every few hours. Such a hassle to turn it back on while sleeping.
