"Beautiful apartment suitable for family of 4"

Clean, nice decorated and spacious apartment just 5 minutes walk to the center. Kitchen is well equipped. Communication was really fast and helpful with the hosts. Heating was great!

Water mixing was not working properly in one of the showers. Not very comfortable beds. A £200 security deposit is required before check in, which is returned few days after check out.

The apartment wasn’t cleaned to a high standard when we arrived, the host was very efficient and communicated well and offered lots of things to resolve the issues. The location was fab.

Was impressed with how spotless and well maintained the place was the moment we walked in, qith modern decor. really spacious rooms and bathrooms with lots of hanging space for personal items and complimentary tea and coffee. Had a cosy feel and Tv had netflix built in which was great. Host was really helpful and easy to get hold of when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Leicestershire.

Nothing, couldn't have been better just gutted we didn't book for longer! Will definitely book again
