Beautifully renovated apartment that was centrally located in Tavira. It was very spacious for two people and had a fully equipped kitchen making for an extremely comfortable stay in Xativa. Regrettably we were not fortunate with the weather so were not able to enjoy the terrace.

The apartment is only accessible by stairs so for those with mobility issues, this will be a problem but we enjoyed getting the extra exercise.

One of the best accommodations we've stayed at on this trip (and we stayed at quite a few). The unit had everything we could need for a 4 day self catering stay (spices, olive oil, some really good coffee and even washing powder) The massive TV made our movie night even more special and sun bathing on the roof terrace with a cold vino a huge bonus. The property is walking distance from the amazing castle (a must see when in Xativa) and some really good restaurants. Highly recommended

Beautiful apartment - very spacious and furnished well. The best thing is the terrace with spectacular views! Juan Carlos was very helpful and communicative.

Juan Carlos is the perfect host, very modern Apartment with everything you need. Xàtiva is a historic, beautiful city and the Apartment is in a middle of city center with everything within 5 min walking distance. A safe Parking Garage available within 2 min of walking. Valencia, Cullera and Gandia only 1h of ride with unlimited hiking options in between. The Apartment is equipped with 3 AC units, more than enough for the hot Spanish summer. Very clean and quiet Apartment ( except, when Spain wins the EM 😅)

Unfortunately, the apartment was on the 3rd floor. But once you're inside.........it's a stunning apartment.

The location was superb and the apartment was amazing. The decoration, furniture was perfect and it had a lovely welcoming atmosphere to the place. There was everything you could possibly need for your stay and the attention to detail was fantastic. Also it had the fluffiest towels we have ever used.

Great location in the old town. Apartment was light, spacious, airy and quiet. Shutters kept interior cool (though AC available.) Lovely terrace. Excellent facilities, including washing machine. Small touches were thoughtful - complementary bottle of wine, juice, milk, water along with tea/coffee and a few bakery items on arrival. The host, Juan Carlos, was most helpful and communication via WhatsApp prompt. Home Guide was put together very well and included recommendations for restaurants and visits.

No parking immediately outside apartment (except for unloading) and beware of narrow streets when approaching property on Day 1 BUT host’s recommendation of ‘Multi dia 24h’ parking at nearby Saba @train station was excellent value.
