Beautiful House with Pool in Reunion Orlando 10 minutes from Disney

When we entered the house, the house was infested with roaches. They were in the refrigerator, on the kitchen floor, table etc. I called to speak with the host they replied saying “her baby was sleeping so she can only text” come to find out she couldn’t speak English. Me and my family was so uncomfortable and the children was scared. we don’t live in those types of conversations. There was only one trash bag for the house, no detergent to wash clothes, no cleaning supplies. We had to go purchase cleaning supplies and Raid. The floor was dirty crumbs and marks on the floors, the chairs had grease stains, The mop was broken just the stick was in the wash area. I found hair in the bedroom downstairs underneath the covers. They said they been trying to get an exterminator to the property, but they didn’t come out yet. They still rented the property out so they were already aware of the infestation. They tried to accommodate us with the hat tub, but it didn’t work. They offered to have a cleaning lady come out while we were at the park when we got back. The cleaning lady did nothing. After asking for a refund through booking, they gave them 20 minutes to respond and they argue with them about refunding me my money. I did not get a refund for my stay. It was awful. If you are a clean family and your a parent it will give you anxiety hoping that your kids don’t get a roach crawling in there ear or they nest in your luggage and you take them home with you. We had to shake out all our belongings before we left and the host was very rude about giving us extra time since we had to carefully check everything when leaving. This stay was awful. DO NOT BOOK

The house exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly like the photos – spotless and very well maintained. All the rooms were excellent, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was a highlight – amazing, clean, and with a breathtaking view of the golf course. Every detail made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back! We loved it!
