Modern 2 bedroom apartment in Mitcham, London

The property is a fabulous size. Normally pictures can tend to exaggerate, however this property exceeded expectations and was really spacious. It was very comfortable and really well located for easy access to central London being so close to the tram stop. We had a couple of problems during our stay with a smoke alarm battery and flickering light. Wael the owner came very quickly and sorted everything out, without making us feel we were inconveniencing him. Wonderful service and the perfect way to correct issues so they were never a problem. I had read previous reviews and any comments for example the lack of a hand rail had been rectified - again a sign of a considerate host. I would highly recommend this property and we will certainly hope to stay again.

Good communication, and we were allowed to drop our bags off early which was great. Great location, lots of information about travel and tram just round the corner was perfect. Clean and comfortable

Information provided before our stay was exceptional. Teabags, coffee, sugar, cereal provided which was a bonus.

Carpets dirty and it smelt a bit musty.

There needs to be a rail on the stairs. It is very steep and hazard for elderly to descend. Also in the double bed bedroom there is no bedside locker with a lamp !!
