Alexmarie Guest house 5 min to candolim Beach

Patricia and Bobby are two gems on this planet. They are friendly, warm, helpful and kind- unfortunately a rarity nowadays. They personally welcomed us to our rooms, explained everything and helped us with all our needs. The property is literally a 5 minutes walk from the beach. All amenities nearby, along with a cute little cafe right next door. There was a nice sit out area right outside the rooms where guests can enjoy their food and drinks. They literally have no restrictions. The rooms are specious, clean with a functional kitchen and fridge. They have a maid as well who cleans everyday. They also have a paid washing service, fees nominal. All photos in the listing are real.

Great location off the main road but close to fantastic cafe & street food/local kiosks Large shared balcony space with lots of greenery; great little studio apartment with a private balcony to enjoy. Patricia was friendly, warm & helpful & daily cleaning service is there if you want it. Fresh drinking water using reverse osmosis, so there is no need for plastic! Loved the space & extended. Will hope to return one day!

It wasn't clear the gas cooker is a daily expense. Also, we extended our stay & were charged more than my original genius deal, however the positives outweighed this.

The best budget friendly stay. We had amazing time here. Best place if you are visiting with family.

If you are looking for in-house restaurant this would not be the right choice, still you have many options nearby

Be prepare to go out for food not available at guest house however there is refrigerator and electric ovan and heater.

I liked the hospitality of Patricia and her husband's at the guest house. We had a good time as the beach , shops and market are close by. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay.
