Entire Flat, Canterbury Centre - Free Parking

Nice location, 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Very well organised flat with three bedrooms. Nice Kitchen. Everything was very clean. Free parking in front of the house.

They have a very cumbersome procedure before you arrive, asking a lot of details and they want a deposit of 200 pounds, want to check your biometric data, etc. This should be better specified in the booking page. Something I refused but they were so nice to find another way. The dining table has only three chairs. The lavabo of the bathroom is really really small.

Great value for money and excellent location

The flat is very close to Canterbury City Centre (about 15 minutes walk). We were attending my son's graduation in the Cathedral so it was great being that close. There is plenty of room in the flat and the rooms all have a double bed with lots of space for clothes, luggage etc. The kitchen was large with all you could want included. We only stayed the night which was a pity as we didn't get to use the flat to its fullest potential.

Not much. The outside of the flat didn't looked great but the inside was great.

This is a nice little place and very good value for money. There are 3 separate bedrooms and each locks from the inside. The property is all on one floor (ground floor) which was great with the babies. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 small kids and there was sufficient room. The kitchen was a decent size. Each bedroom has a double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. There is a small enclosed garden. The on street parking was a big bonus as it was free. We could walk into town in about 10-15 minutes. There is also a Sainsbury’s nearby. There is a lockbox for the key making check in really simply. All in all we were very pleased, especially for the price, considering we were in Canterbury.

Grass in garden needs a cut. Bedrooms are right next to living room but wasn’t an issue for us.
