To get to the lift lobby, one has to climb down by stairs. Not so convenient if carrying bags/luggage

The beds were not comfort enough

cleanliness and location. Easy check in. This is my 2nd time booking the same apartment. I'm very satisfied.

The unit is above the Pyramid Mall - we stayed to get easy access to Sunway Lagoon and it was very convenient. You just enter through the mall. The mall is great for food options, we also used the ice rink. The restaurants open at 10-11, there's only one opening at 9 so you need to consider it if you need an early breakfast. The unit is in convenient location as you don't need to grab or walk in the heat to access the theme park. It was also clean. The noise from the theme park does not really affect the unit so it is a big plus. It's quiet at night.

The unit can become very hot and there is no AC in the living space, only a fan so it can become extremely stuffy. At night it is also very hot, if you don't like the AC on at night it will be hot. The bed materacess are extremely hard so we didn't get good sleep. There is no proper living room - just a kitchen space with a table. The decoration is also very dark, the furniture are black so it brings a bit gloomy atmosphere. The two separate bedrooms are equipped with electronic keypads so if you are staying with kids it can be tricky if they close the room doors, you cannot just open the door, you need to use the keypad and enter the code. We didn't like it. It seems the unit can also be booked as two separate rooms and there is only one bathroom/toilet.
