Smart & Comfortable 3-bedroom Victorian house

Lovely house, perfect location, immaculately clean.

The bathroom being downstairs (after an evening in the swan 😂)

Lovely comfy beds Nice touches with fresh flowers, bread, butter, coffee, tea bags etc

Showers not very powerful

We had a very pleasant stay as a family of four. The house is spacious and kept extremely clean with high quality furniture, bedding, towels etc. The location was great as just off the high street with shops and takeaways, but still felt quiet. There is a Tesco a couple minutes drive away which is also handy. We did trips to Pettits, Sea Palling and Great Yarmouth which we were conveniently placed for. The host, Gary, is really helpful giving clear instructions and cares a great deal about guest satisfaction.

Property was well located in the town of Stalham and is a beautiful Victorian house. Spotlessly clean and good quality furnishings and linen. Had excellent facilities and the owner was available to contact if needed. Owner provided lots of local information which was at the property. We had a welcome basket and some supplies were at the property when we arrived. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

House was well equipped, nicely furnished and in a good location to explore The Broads and beaches.

Great location, walking distance to all amenities. House was furnished beautifully and had everything you could need. Beds very comfortable. Outdoor space nice and dog friendly.

Stairs were a little steep, may not be ideal for those less mobile.
