Expensive.

Towels were not in the bedroom.

Very clean and the unit as a whole seems new and well maintained. The house has everything you need from fridge, microwave, utensils, stove, toiletries and more except washing machine which you’ll have to go downstairs for the laundromat. Walking distance to Suria and Jesselton Duty free, even Gaya and Tanjung lipat if you want.

Didn’t like the fact that there was no parking lot provided and you’re not allowed to park outside and around the building. I know a few friends who stayed in other units at JQ at the same time who had seasonal pass and a parking spot reserved. Parking can get quite expensive overnight and throughout the day which is displeasing. It’s just not a feasible option if you have your own car.

Great place to stay. Awesome location. Very clean. The facilities at the building are good too. Food, laundry, shops etc. everything in walking distance, mall, bars, tours from the jetty.

There were two things we didn't like. The beds are super hard and uncomfortable with the covers being 'small'. More for decoration. The second thing is the towels. They are the chamois towels. Small and annoying. Bring your own towels if you can.
