It’s uniqueness

It was 1 block away from a men’s halfway house, we were 2 single ladies renting this facility, felt uncomfortable since the window shades did not fit the windows so you can see in the windows! There was no dresser space or closet space in the 2nd bedroom, I had to keep all my clothes on the floor in my bag along with all my other personal items!

The property was very clean & inviting! The beds were beyond comfortable!

The property was very nice and cozy inside and the decorations were very unique. It was a very nice place to stay for a good price and close yo food and gas stations as well as main roads.

The outside of the house was very “dusty” with bugs and spiderwebs all around the front door and windows. The area was okay but being a person of color it was a bit uncomfortable at times. In my one day stay i had 3 encounters in the area. One being the neighbors kid staring at me when i first arrived with a look of confusion as if they havent seen many people of color. 2 being when i was leaving i had a man (another neighbor)pointing at my car talking to his girlfriend about me. Lastly was when i went out to eat a little further from the house but i got asked “what brings me around here” as if i cant live in the area or something like that.

Location was great. Close to my step mom.

I didnt like the creepy painting on the wall or the sex game in the bedroom.

It was clean and finishings were pretty

Ive never left a negative review after a stay, and I use booking, vrbo and air bnb often. The smell of animal urine in the house was so strong I got a migraine within the first 2 hours of my stay. Communication was also an issue… I reached out to the property owner 2ce asking if the door locked itself because it didnt seem like it did when i tested it. I never received a response. Being in a fairly sketchy area, I was up all night uncomfortable and unable to relax. The smell was so powerful I left at 5am. I wouldn’t recommend.
