Really cool apartment-a short stroll from the city center Everything we needed in the kitchen Washing machine was nice to have after a week traveling Good place outside to hang up our clothes after beach and from washing We boosted up both ACs when we arrived, which causes the electricity to black out, but was easy to turn back on

Abit firm beds for our liking . 2 ACs , so good cool temp in the first floor, but it was still warm upstairs where we slept

Very comfortable clean and very spacious , also with great funky decor , with everything you need. And so close to the centre of the old town. Great communication with the host and easy access to the property after a long day driving... Would definitely recommend...👍

Apartment was a perfect location. A restaurant as well as a cafe and a pizzeria just few minutes walk away, all of which were great. The historic centre an easy 15 minute walk away. Parking near the apartment was easy and there is also a supermarket just along the road too. The apartment is spacious and has everything you might need. it was very welcoming to find water in the fridge and coffee for the machine on arrival. Checking in was easy and Matteo was very helpful and always replied promptly to any questions.

Well located, sophisticated and very good communication with the owner ! We totally recommend this stay it was perfect for our Italy trip !

We stayed in the San Lazzaro House for one night at the beginning of July. It was such a pity that we stayed only for one night. I could had easily stayed for a week to enjoy the house. The house was a great surprise. It was much nicer and bigger than what I had imagined from the photos (and I had already liked it from the photos). House is fully refurbished and modern; one of the nicest and good tasted houses I have been. Big screen tv with Netflix, lots of different lights, nice frames on the walls. It has all the amenities you will need and many more. It even has a screen to watch tv from the bed upstairs; really really cool!!! Kitchen amazingly equipped: Coffee maker, toaster, nice and clean plates etc even Alexa to give ideas for recipes! Extremely clean all around, in the bathroom you would find all the toiletries you would need, even an electric scale! Single use slippers at the entrance…. I would recommend San Lazzaro House without a second though and I would love to go back at some point. I give 10 to all categories. Really nothing negative to report. Thank you to the host for taking care of all the details in this lovely house.
