House and its location was really good. Host very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again if visiting Broadstairs again.

Lovely spacious house, clean and well appointed, lovely garden, off street parking, great sound system. Communicative and friendly owner. We had a great time, even better than the photos suggest, would highly recommend.

It's about a 15 min walk into the centre of Broadstairs - uphill on the way back which can be slightly tricky with small children - but still well located and as advertised. Would happily stay again. Some children's plates and cutlery would be helpful.

Great location, close to the beach. Property had everything we needed and more. Very well equipped, great sized rooms and lovely big garden.

The dishwasher leaks which is the only thing to mention. Everything else was perfect for us!
