"Beautifully cottage"

Brilliant cottage which is set in a great location. The cottage itself has amazing facilities which made the stay much smoother and easier. A modern and clean cottage with free parking and close to a very pleasant village. Kids loved the stay too!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Great Urswick last week. The house is modern, warm, comfortable and welcoming. On arrival, there were some lovely little treats left for us which was a nice surprise. The house is in a good spot for exploring different parts of the lakes. It's nice and peaceful in the evening. I would definitely come back, we had a wonderful time together. The host communicated thoroughly with us too which was very helpful.

We had a slight problem with the shower in the family bathroom being too hot to stand under but we got around it by using the one in the en suite and the bath. We did figure it out in the end though. We really enjoyed our stay.

"Perfect break away it was like home from home!"

Very homely feel to the property and loved the country vibe with the barn conversion style. Lovely little touches with the Prosecco and chocolate left just an additional little welcome. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in a perfect idyllic place.

The house was spotless and the facilities were outstanding. Super modern and everything had a high quality finish. The showers were amazing the location was perfect. Enough out of the way for peace and quiet, but central enough to nip out for a take away when needed!

The master bed mattress was ever slightly too soft for us but that's personal preference. I honestly can't fault the property. You've created a beautiful home Deborah, thank you for allowing us to stay!
