De Locatie is voortreffelijk in een gezellige wijk van Madrid, Supermarkt tegenover, pluspunt. Fijne winkelstraat met veel bomen waardoor cool Het appartement zelf, helemaal top, niets op aan te merken, nieuw.

Geen tuin en of terras, maar wij gingen gewoon met de stoelen op straat zitten.

Beautiful apartment, we traveled with our seniors parents so having the apartment on the ground floor was very convenient for them. It was a pleasant surprise to find that on Sundays there’s a market setup right outside of the apartment so we did some shopping. Everything seems brand new and clean.

It’s a bit far to walk to various attractions for the seniors. But if it was for just me and my husband the location would not be an issue.

The apartment was modern and perfectly clean. It was very central and walking distance. Communication was great throughout our stay.

Great location and fantastic apartment. The setup would particularly suit two families (as there are 2 doubles and two twin rooms), but would also be great for a group of friends. Really well appointed.

We had a major problem with the locks but the owners came as quickly as they could and had the locks replaced. Very impressed by their promptness dealing with the issue over the weekend.

The apartment was perfect—very clean, beautifully decorated, and each room had its own bathroom and shower. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was very central, and the owner was eager to assist us with anything we required. I highly recommend it!

the only ‘funky’ thing was the front door. it was moody to open being tech. We felt it could be hazard in case of fire etc. not to open immediately.
