Gorgeous Boutique Flat Sleeps 2 in Lyme Regis

An awesome flat I would definitely recommend this to any couple. Bring your pooch for a short break, such a beautiful place

Good location, parking close by, lovely facilities and everything you need.

Wifi is weak so tv struggled but didn’t go for that.

Really clean and well decorated.

The place had only one window and the view that was on the advert was outside and blocked off by the neighbouring fence. The parking is tight if you have a large car.

Space, location

Basement with no openable window and no air con. Very uncomfortable night’s sleep. Tired scuffed decor. No shower gel or shampoo provided for the shower, just soap by the toilet sink. Television impossible to use.

Cleanliness of property and milk/ biscuits on arrival so could have a cuppa straight away.

It is a basement so the ceiling is low if you are tall then this could feel quite claustrophobic. Our main problem was being woken up at 7am on a Sunday morning by a child running about in the property above. Although the renovation is clearly high speck the owners can’t guarantee people not being noisy above and the ceiling/ floor does not insulate noise. The view photo of the sea is a little cheeky!

Lovely little flat with everything you could need. The space has been designed and used well. The parking is a bonus and very close to town.

The decking above the bedroom is a little noisy and woke us up in the morning. Sounded like a dog running across it. It didn't ruin our stay and was never noisy the rest of the time.
