Gorgeous Boutique Flat Sleeps 2 in Lyme Regis

Very clean and tidy and well appointed. Comfortable and blissfully cool in the heatwave.

It is a basement flat and although I didn’t hear people above at any annoying times of day (ie late or early)…you can hear them.

No hairdryer and hubby kept hitting his head going into the loo 😊 TVs didn’t work due to poor signal

Very clean, comfortable and stylish. Lovely welcome treats Parking on site which was a huge bonus!

To no fault or control of the owner but once the upstairs apartment was occupied the noise travelled loudly, footsteps woke us up early in the morning and chatting was as if the people were in the same room. Luckily this was only one night of our stay

Did not know from description that a basement conversion with limited daylight and no windows in bedroom. Dirty bedroom floor (ladies false nail on floor amongst dust) toothpaste residue in sink. Uncomfortable bed possible bed frame issue, thin soft pillows.

Location and with parking a bonus

Had to be careful with the different levels inside the property. Although we were aware in advance it’s a little dark due to the small windows and being Under Arden! Had expected shampoo & shower gel! Hadn’t brought any! Fortunately there was handwash!
