"Casa con falta de mantenimiento y olor fuerte"

La ubicación y la casa era espaciosa

Le falta mantenimiento en general de la casa y el mal olor a alcantarilla o desagües. Salía muy poca agua en el lavabo de la primera planta y la ducha del dormitorio de la segunda planta, el agua salía por otro lado. La playa muy cerca pero no acondicionada para el baño, con muchas piedras y NUDISTA

La casa y las instalaciones de la urbanización

Algún vecino era demasiado susceptible al ruido (hablar en la terraza)ya que era una zona muy silenciosa y a la mínima se escuchaba todo.

La ubicación de la casa,,muy cerca del mar ,zona muy buena

Sobre todo,el olor de los baños,sobre todo el de la 1 planta,,era insoportable,no podías estar ni medio minuto,,y la puerta cerrada porque olía toda la casa. Faltaban sillas éramos 7 y había 4 sillas,o por lo menos por allí no había más, En la cocina faltaban algunas cosas como,tijera de cocina,sacacorchos,cuchillos de mesa(los que habían eran de plástico)

La cantidad de las habitaciones , los vecinos, la piscina , hay garaje para el coche.

La limpieza, el olor de alcantirella,las sabanas llenas de polvo, el agua de la ducha del cuarto de arriba se salía a la habitacíón, el aire acondicionado goteaba toda la noche que no te deja dormir . A parte la playa era de nudistas y eso no figuraba en el anuncio a la hora de alquilarlo .

"We are totally satisfied with everything"

Everything was great. We had a washing machine, a dishwasher, there was enough equipment on the kitchen. There is a central air conditioning and in the upper bedroom there is a separate air conditioner. We are completely satisfied with our staying and will definitely come again. Check in and check instructions we’re pretty clear as well

"Property met all our requirements very glad we hired a car to get around."

Location was quiet had a great pool and friendly residents. Found some great restaurants and loved Valencia and it's attractions and Sagunto.

Showers in property sent water everywhere and was constantly washing and drying wet bath mats and mopping bathroom floors after each use.
