DEWe really enjoyed staying in this apartment.It was beautifully furnished.The beds were very comfortable. It is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Porto.
The apartment is on a street. You can hear the cars & people walking by the window.
ESEs uan casa muy cómoda esta a tan solo 15min andando al centro. Además tiene un plaza de parking.
ESFirst and foremost, the ability to have a parking spot was great. The proximity to the center of town. That even on the ground floor, it was quiet. The apartment itself was beautiful and it flowed very well.
That the elevator seemed to be for residents only since it didn’t go to the parking garage.
MKАппартаменты большие, хорошо расположены и меблированы. Все есть для комфортного прибывания, но есть несколько минусов.
Некоторые места требуют серьезного ремонта. 1. Пол на кухне вдоль всей рабочей зоны вздулся на 7-10 сантиметров. Ходить, стоять, готовить - не возможно. 2. В душевой присутствует плесень на кафеле из-за высокой влажности и отсутствия отопления, ручной душ требует замены. 3. Оттопление, как написано в инструкции не включается. Постоянно выключается, необходимо напрягаться.

BRApartamento excelente. Estávamos em 4 e foi muito confortável, tinha tudo o que precisávamos e estava muito limpo. Ainda tem estacionamento, o que foi ótimo porque deixamos o carro no estacionamento e fizemos tudo à pé ou de transporte público ou de Uber.

PTImóvel bem localizado e com ótima infraestrutura, inclusive com garagem. Cômodos amplos e TVs telas bem grandes. Comunicação tranquila com o staff, tanto no check in quanto no check out. Ótima opção no Porto.
