I didn't get to stay there due to the location being bad and the reviews saying it was in a basement and noise from the upstairs tenets.

I never received a refund and was charged $85 just to cancel my stay was insane all because the owner denied free cancelation.

This property fits it’s description. Great location, not far from downtown and other hotspots. Safe environment, calm, clean, easy access to property, spacious, comfortable, good facilities and supplies to serve variety of purposes especially if you fancy preparing your own meals. Above all, an amazing host who ensures one is not lacking
