NZThe great location and keypad made entry easy for the family, which came and went at different times. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are excellent.
The property is starting to get a bit faded, and 'stylish' might not be the best description any more. E.g. Decor from another era, and some of the furniture could do with an update, as it looks well used. The master bed was not very comfortable - thank goodness there was a topper. Blind on front door a waste of time - would be better to have a tint applied so everyone walking past could not look in. In other rooms, you were in darkness or on full show, so window treatments could be sorted. I think in a very public building like this, maintaining privacy through the correct window treatments is very important.
MYPlace is very modern, new and comfy. A little bit tricky to find at first.

AUThe home was exceptionally clean and well furbished. It was in an excellent location, close to riverside Market, the terrace and the CBD.
We liked everything about this property.
NZThe unit looked even nicer than the pictures, very well maintained and clean. The hosts are very quick to respond and are helpful. Check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We were 6 adults and 2 children, and everyone was very impressed with the house. Walking distance from restaurants and easily accessible.
