Apartamento com Piscina junto a Praia - Alvor

Excelente apartamento, espaçoso e com todas as comodidades para uma semana de férias. Piscina envolta num espaço agradável e bem cuidado.

Da localização , do facto de aceitar animais e ser possivel ir a pé para a praia ( 15m )

O facto de não ter máquina de lavar louça , não ter ar condicionado e de ter que deixar o apartamento àsd 10h da manhã no dia do check out .

Sítio relativamente sossegado, acesso à piscina fácil, equipamentos relativamente modernos, proximidade com supermercados e restaurantes e apesar de não ter reparado no site, disponha de acesso a internet e box de tv bons. Excelente comunicação com o proprietário.

Sofá cama um pouco desconfortável, não disponha de extensões para ligar algum aparelho e um pouco longe da praia.

Le calme de la résidence la proximité entre le centre ville et la plage. Appartement lumineux et équipé correctement. Personne a l écoute et serviable

Appartement sans clim. Mais il va l installer. Très à l écoute. Rien à dire je recommande

The apartments are well-located: 10 minutes walk to the beach, several restaurants in the immediate surrounding, supermarket and services all there in a short walking distance. The house has elevator, the apartments are clean. One apartment has A/C. The living room area is spacious and features 2 sofas. Each apartments has two bathrooms, and the kitchen is well-equipped too. The host was easy to communicate with via whatsapp, delivered the keys in person at the time of arrival. It was a nice touch from the host, that a bottle of Porto Wine was waiting for us in the apartment.

Many of the positives can work as negatives too... Such as the easy-to-reach restaurants also mean, that there is constant party noise during the night. One restaurant is just underneath one of the apartments... The kitchen missing some basic items - e.g. peeler, different size of bowls, tea spoons, etc. No dishwasher :( The main issue with the apartments though is the insulation (heat and noise) of the walls, and mainly the windows... (it is typical in Portugal though). It can be super-cold during the winter - only the apartment with the A/C could be heated for a proper 19-20C temperature. There are small, annoying details - such as the placement and function of the light-switches seem completly random. The tap in the shower is placed elbow height, so you keep bumping in it and closing the water, or switching it to cold accidently. The electricity kept tipping of, when using any two larger devices at the same time (A/C and washing machine, or A/C and stove, etc).
