No key to ground floor entry on arrival, No bottle of water in the apartment, Terrace chairs 2 broken. Wrong WiFi given for server & password wrong. Only 1 key to apartment , for 2 occupants. Address not given until 1 day before arrival. No plug to hand basin, had to buy 1. Two odd wine glasses, had to buy some,

Al llegar no teníamos forma de entrar al apartamento, no había nadie en recepción y el segurata no estaba, pasamos un buen rato en la calle hasta que un vecino nos abrió muy desconfiado porque eran las 12 de la noche (sabían que llegaríamos tarde y no nos dieron instrucciones de como entrar). Sábanas y mantas sucias con manchas blancas pegadas. El apartamento se ve mejor en fotos. Almohadas extremadamente finas y deformadas, dormimos bastante mal por ello. Ruidos constantes de vecinos ppr las noches. Llegamos y NO HABIA NI 1 ROLLO DE PAPEL HIGIÉNICO ni por cortesía, toallas en el baño con las que no te podías ni tapar ya que eran de manos.

ITLa posizione è ottima per tutti i punti di interesse a Playa de Las Americas, l'appartamento è pulito e ben organizzato. Check in veloce, senza bisogno di passare dalla reception, hanno inviato tutte le necessarie info per riuscire ad entrare in camera senza perdere tempo. Piscina bella, tenuta bene. Puoi stare lì dalle 10 alle 21 pagando solo 1€ a lettino. Ottimo.
Allo stesso modo, check in sbrigativo sì, ma reception inesistente: siete lasciati a voi stessi. Se avete bisogno di una qualsiasi cosa non avrete nessuno a cui chiedere tempestivamente. Noi per esempio eravamo in tre e avevamo solo due asciugamani per il bagno, ho dovuto scrivere un messaggio al numero che viene fornito da booking. La mia non era una necessità importante, ma se lo fosse stata? Non c'è cambio asciugamani o rifornimento di carta igienica e non è specificato al momento della prenotazione.
