Nima's house, traditional flat with lake view

The owner was very pleasant and very helpful. Everything was tidy and clean, and there were so many extra amenities that made our stay even better. For an extra need that occurred, we talked with the owner and they were extremely helpful and joyous. Definitely recommend staying at Nima's house

Our stay at Nima’s house was spectacular! Located in the charming town of Aitolikón, this traditional flat offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and authentic Greek charm. We stayed here last year, returned this year, and plan to rent it again next year. The stunning lake and mountain views from the spacious terrace and balcony are captivating. The apartment is beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning in all rooms except the kitchen. The two bedrooms are comfortable and inviting. Just a short walk over the eastern bridge takes you to the heart of Etoliko, where you can explore local culture and enjoy traditional taverns and cafes. Conveniently, a bakery, kiosk, cafe, and a Greek tavern are right across the road. Free parking next to the premises made our stay even more hassle-free. In summary, Nima’s house offers stunning natural beauty, modern amenities, and easy access to local attractions. We highly recommend this property for a serene and enriching Greek getaway. Thank you very much for a very comfortable and nice stay. The apartment is really spacious with a huge terrace with lake view, rooms clean, comfortable beds, equipped with anything one might need. TV and air conditioning in every room, big fridge (with some ice cold drinks inside!). Pleasant communication and prompt support. The apartment is situated close to Missolonghi and all the needed services and places to visit around the area. Highly recommended!

Classic Greek apartment renovated with great style and all modern amenities (bed, bath, AC, washing machine, hair dryer, iron etc). Best feature is the veranda (view, privacy). Lady on the premicies was very kind.

Nimas House is the ultimate place to be if you find yourself in the area. I can’t really describe how good and tidy everything was. Heating was perfect, rooms were clean and warm. Amazing aesthetics! She even had all necessary ingredients for breakfast at our disposal before we arrive. Nima, thank you! I hope I get the chance to visit you again!

You can’t not like this house

The apartment is spacious, newly renovated, stylish, comfortable, has spacious veranda.

The description "with the view to the lake" is a bit misleading, since the lake is rather far away. The surroundings of the house (in the street) are rather shaby.
