Beautiful Holiday Home Village Sleeps up to 6

Spacious home, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a great location. Although the house is on the main road through the village there is relatively little traffic making it quite peaceful. The house itself is warm and cosy for a stay in chillier weather.

Nothing during our visit. Parking is on the roadside but we had no trouble parking right outside the house.

Amazing property. What an amazing host Roger was! Very clean and would be definitely be back in the future.

Only fault was the television. The sound was terrible, I think the speakers were faulty.

Lovely clean and welcoming property. Beautiful open plan ground floor. Smart TV so you can log into your Netflix etc. Well located for both Derby and Nottingham. The owner gave an almost immediate response to our panicky last minute booking request after another provider accidentally double booked us. We were booked in, given location, access, directions and arrival Time within minutes. The housekeeper contacted sooner than expected to let us know when the property was ready for us. Both were very helpful. We would use this property again and recomend to others.

Couldnt find wifi and 'how to' info as no 'guide book' available but a quick text query did provide immediate direction for locating wifi. Pool was out of action but we knew that when we booked.

A very sociable house with lots of areas where all of the group could sit together. The village is lovely and the area has good amenities nearby. The decor throughout the house was lovely!

The pool was not available due to a fault so this was disappointing, however good clear comms were sent by the host so we knew this before the visit. Some of the garden furniture could have been cleaned prior to arrival and lacked a couple of items from the kitchen when making breakfast.
