"Dirty old apartment"

Full of cockroaches, bed was broken, floor in the entire apartment is dirty, bathroom drain is clogged, restroom is very dirty

Proximity to BGC

I book for 5 persons but the room is ready for’4 pax only. I had to prepare the 5 bed which is inflatable Missing 1 towel so we had to share! Bathroom is really very basic with bucket and tabo. I expect that the owner puts mats in the bathroom. She place the one’s that make the apartments looks cheap! I believe way back those mats are 3 for 100 pesos. Please specify that the 5 beds is a inflatable bed next time. The bed sheets are really clean. I will take out few furniture away like the sofa as the place is small. Office table as well.
