No water in room with arrival and no fans in room taking into consideration that the temp was 34degrees outside.. Also cleaning fee is on the higher side.. Abit excessive

ZAThe apartment was filthy - cumulated old dirt, mould all over the shower and behind the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The bathroom mat was brown and mouldy. The microwave had no plate, and a film of old dried up food inside. Grease on the stove. Stains on all the furniture... I could go on. I had to buy my own cleaning products to wash dishes and wipe surfaces. This was especially alarming considering I paid a very high cleaning fee for such a small flat. My email regarding this was ignored from the property and I am still awaiting feedback regarding a refund of my cleaning fee.
ZATher was construction going on in the building on the floor beneath me in the early morning and I had to leave the apartment so I could find somewhere to work. I spoke to the front desk and they said its every week day between 08:30 - 16:00. I had to find alternative accommodation and no refund has been provided. I'll never use booking.com again.

I paid for cleaning but no one showed up therefore I need my refund The other thing is not having a cloth to at least clean my dishes I had to buy a cloth to clean kitchen because cleaner never came to change towels whilst I paid for the service The tea bags ,sugar and toilet paper supply was only on arrival no refill for everything
