New York City Apartment Near Free Ferry Boat!

Clean , comfortable and easy to communicate

Just a little far from ferry but there are 2 busses. I personally walked 15 minutes on the way to my work I took bus so it’s like 7 minutes by bus.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Christian et Stéphanie. L'appartement est sur-équipé avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, et plus encore. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et regorge de vaisselles et d'ustensiles. On s'est sentis comme chez nous. Le matelas est épais et très confortable, la salle de bain est impeccable, avec savon liquide, shampoing, et après-shampoing fournis à profusion, ainsi que des serviettes épaisses. Il y a des prises électriques partout, ce qui est très pratique quand on a plusieurs appareils à recharger le soir. Et des adaptateurs sont prêtés gracieusement. On a ressenti un vrai souci du détail dans la manière dont le logement a été conçu. Tout est bien pensé pour faciliter la vie des invités. Tout était en excellent état, voire neuf, et extrêmement propre. Des bus compatibles avec la Métrocard passent régulièrement au pied de l'immeuble pour desservir la station de ferry en quelques minutes. Et il y a un supermarché juste en face de l'appartement, ouvert sur des horaires larges. Les hôtes se sont montrés très disponibles, réactifs et arrangeants. On ne peut donc que recommander ce logement ! On y reviendra avec plaisir lors d'un éventuel prochain voyage à New-York.

Very clean, nice,quiet,details, full equipment in the kitchen, bathroom clean nice, 5min for grocery, 15min to ferry, free parking. Defently my place when i am back 100%

Hmmmmmmm NOTHING

The apartment was super clean with thoughtful attention to every detail--linens, kitchen appliances and utensils, dishes, silverware, coffee, creamer, TV in living room and bedroom, beautiful view of Verrazano Bridge. Despite the "iffy" location, the apartment was super secure with multiple key and electronic locks. A bit of street noise and nearby music in the evening, but totally harmless. Convenient Western Beef grocery store across the street, open till 10pm. Nicely decorated interior with plenty of information on local attractions and services. All-new kitchen and bathroom were beautiful. No Smoking allowed.

I was surprised to see a queen-sized Bunkbed with heavy metal posts that presented a danger in terms of hitting your head! The two "mini-splits" were difficult to figure out--I never could activate any heat; only a/c. Water pressure a bit weak.

It was convenient very clean and comfortable.

Excellent spacious apartment. Everything is clean. There are all the amenities. There is a free ferry to Manhattan nearby.

The ground floor of the house is being renovated. It can be noisy sometimes during the day

Updated, very clean and comfortable apartment, very well put togther. Quiet. 20min walk to ferry terminal or 5min via Uber. Excellent communication. Absolutely loved my stay.
