I’ll start by saying that the apartment looks exactly like in the photos, it’s very elegantly decorated and clean. The area is very good, you can reach almost all the tourist attractions very quickly, and the bus stop is 200 meters from the apartment. These are pretty much the good parts of this accommodation. Now I’ll move on to the negative aspects, which weigh heavily. The heating, which simply doesn’t exist. The room temperature was at most 16–18 degrees; we tried to solve the issue by contacting the owner, who responded promptly, but the problem was never fixed. We froze from the cold and all ended up getting sick. Another problem is the bathroom door, which has no window, so all the smell goes into the hallway. Anyway, the bathroom has a very strong sewage smell that you can sense from the moment you enter the apartment. The internet is extremely slow — we had to use mobile data the whole time because the Wi-Fi works very, very poorly. The parking is quite far from the accommodation and they ask for €10/day, which in my opinion is not worth it. If you have to carry your luggage that distance or walk there at night when it’s very cold outside, you’re better off not parking the car there at all. Also, we had a coffee machine available, but the capsules were expired by 5 months (from July). I can’t give more than 1 star because in 2025, having no heating and freezing in an apartment simply shouldn’t happen. Congratulations to Sophie, who manages the apartment and responded promptly to all our requests, but this is the owner’s fault for not solving the issues we reported.

Super mieszkanie w eleganckiej kamienicy. Bardzo przestronne z łazienką i dodatkowym drugim WC. Dwa osobne pokoje sprawiają że jest to idealne miejsce na wypad w kilka osób. Do dyspozycji dostajemy w pełni wyposażone mieszkanie z którego było szkoda wyjeżdżać!!! Do centrum spacerkiem ok. 20 minut tak więc idealne miejsce jako baza noclegówa do zwiedzania całego Budapesztu. Jeżeli jeszcze kiedykolwiek będziemy w Budapeszcie to to mieszkanie jest obligatoryjnie już przez nas zamówione!!! Polecam wszystkim którzy planują zwiedzanie Budapesztu!!!

Nie spotkaliśmy pana Romanowskiego i Ziobry.... 🤣🤣🤣

Everything was perfect. The cleanliness, the location and the stuff which was in our apartment. U can find everything, like plates, spoons, salt etc even shampoos and body wash. The location is very good and u can find public transport very easily. The owner helped us very much and quickly. Deff would recommend

- Busstation vor der Tür - sehr sauber und gemütlich - alles notwendige Vorhanden - sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation

Einziger kleiner Nachteil, dass kein Aufzug vorhanden ist

Prostorné, krásné ubytování za skvělou cenu.

Už při příchodu jsme si všimli mírného smradu - nejspíš z kanalizace, který přetrvával po celou dobu.
