No Breakfast. Accommodation very clean and cosy.

The sofa was very hard and the TV difficult to work.

Really well appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Ideal location for event I was attending. Check in procedure and communication with owners was great.

I’ll clutching at straws here but there wasn’t a sink plug in bathroom!

"Manchester weekend is"

Easy to find. Extremely clean and well maintained. Warm and comfortable. Everything required there and working well. Biscuits.

Blinds are adequate but could do with cutting out more light. I think this applies to just about every place we stay. Back double bedroom is very quiet. Front living room/bedroom has road noise.
