"Miles better than a week in a hotel when staying for work."

Much better than spending a week in a stuffy hotel room. Spacious and with a variety of facilities (some I used, some I didn't), large bathroom, a choice of sofas to rest on. Very secure too.

"Good location, but the comfort and welcome could be improved."

The property is in a nice area, about 10 minutes by Uber from the city center.

Both the sofas and the dining benches were very uncomfortable. The WhatsApp welcome message felt more transactional than welcoming.
