"4* Birmingham stay."

Location was good with busses running close by. Comfortable stay. Excellent communication with host. Would recommend and use again.

Would like more utensils for the kitchen, extra oven tray, more cutlery. Oven gloves.

"It was warm, comfortable with great facilities."

It was a great location. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. I didn’t want to leave to go out.

The only thing I can think of was the slope down to the door. It was a little slippy with the rain and leaves. But it’s a sort of the property when it was built.

Spacious, generous sized bedrooms. Property clean and tidy on arrival.

Microwave very noisy /faulty?. No mirrors at all in the house. No lock on bathroom door. Kitchen to garden door wouldn't lock. No smart TV, , but that's not a big issue.

House was spotless and better than we thought it would be. Location was perfect for where we were going. Will definitely be booking again when traveling to see family.

Only thing there wasn’t one mirror in the house.
