there were 3 aircon/heating in the apartment (1 in each room and 1 in living room) responsive host

2 of 3 toilet papers were dirty (we had to buy our own) floor near toilet had water damage, needs to be repaired

Lovely, comfortable and clean space. Beautiful views from the balcony and all the windows. Excellent location & communication with the host was great. Would definitely book it again :)

Very big apartman. Close to the center and some sights. It had a lot of windows in every room and balcony. Wonderful view of Porto. It was a fully equipped house. Also the TV had English speaking channels and netflix. Whatever problem we had they always answered and fixed it.

Located in a nice area on the 3rd floor - rooms have a great view - balcony is not that huge but long and you can sit outside if you squeeze a bit - there is no elevator which is also not an issue. Kitchen is fully equipped and great for longer stays. Beds and couch are comfortable. It is hilly - but there are 3 escalators going up from the Main Street if you need assistance with luggage - since the roads are narrow cabs might not drop you off close to the apartment. All in all awesome stay - felt right at home.

Room, facilities, location, view. Elevator near by building so no problem for people who need to climb up.hill.

Room is on the 3rd floor, so it's not convenient for big luggage. Windows can be opened but if you don't want any light in your bed room, you have no choice to close the window and room will have the limit ventilation.

Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Good equipment such as dishwasher and washing machine. Effective air conditioning. Good communication to gain access to the property. Lovely view over Porto, the river and Vila Nova de Gaia.

I can’t see any mention that the apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building and there is no lift. Bear this in mind when deciding on your luggage. There is no real outside space as the balcony is too shallow for sitting outside. I would advise taking a taxi to the property if you have much luggage and have arrived by air as it’s in an elevated position (which is why it has such good views)
