Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG

Erstklassiges Resort mit super freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendsessen haben uns auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wundervolle Zeit dort.

The breakfast was amazing. All the activities where great, easily accessible. The room was very spacious with a great view and a special touch was added ! The service was great as well. Dinner choice could be maybe a bit more diverse, but the atmosphere with the music group singing every night is nice

Outstanding hotel. It gives off a feeling of being on a cruise ship - no worries, every day you get the list of activities for the day via WhatsApp, a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful beach. We had breakfast and dinner included, so we only paid for drinks (indonesian local brut was very nice). Cosmetics in the room have a pleasant aroma. Water, tea/coffee, etc. are added regularly. We visited the SPA almost every day - it was cheaper than at home, with lots of nice extras (like ginger drinks, foot bath salts, and warm, wet towels after an oil massage to get rid of excess oil). The territory is green and well maintained. We saw some lizards, crabs, frogs (the Banded bullfrogs sang their serenades) and a lot of birds. There was also a pond with koi carp (you can ask the restaurant staff for the fish food and feed the carps). The sea was very clean and calm. It took some time to get to the deep, but the water was nice. Also, everyone in the hotel was extremely nice. All questions were answered, everyone was friendly and helpful. We also received a compliment in our room on the day of our arrival and every second day after that. The hotel organizes a drive from the ferry terminal - there is a separate room to rest, drink and snack while waiting for your car. Each group of travelers gets their own car. We visited the nearby plaza and got confused about the timing of the shuttle back. On our way back, we asked the shuttle driver if we could return with him. The shuttle was going to the Holiday Inn (which shared the territory with the Indigo Hotel) but he still gave us a ride.

Holiday Inn staffs are ready to exceed your expectations from the time you’ve made your bookings to the time they drop you off at the ferry for you to go back, they’ve always been smiling and very attentive. Special mention: Front Office Supervisor Ms. Dhea P, came through with her service recovery. Kokonut staffs for delivering excellent service. Warong Pak Lagoi entire team was attentive, alert and super friendly. Clearing plates quickly and always giving salutations. Mangrove Hut staffs for helping guests take care of the little ones! Holiday Inn staffs either has been trained REALLY well or it’s the Indonesian hospitality at it’s best.

The property is very welcoming, with an incredibly kind and helpful staff. The food is excellent, and the drinks are just as good. The team is warm and sociable, always happy to engage with guests. The pool bar, especially thanks to Mr. Bintang, was the perfect spot for our daily aperitif. Breakfast and dinner offered a great variety, with high-quality dishes and enjoyable events. Thank you — we will definitely come back.

Staff are great, amenities great and overall great for familles with kids.

Super limited food choices and frankly not up to par with the rest of the hotel, which is a real shame. After day 2 of 4 going to the restaurant became a source of stress. In the end we ate outside the resort 1 night to cheer us up...
