Would have been nice to have a couple of coffee pods, teabags and milk when arriving.
USWe loved the open space of the unit and close proximity to a grocery and the train station. Quiet area and easy to find. Very comfortable beds with fairly well-stocked kitchen with espresso machine (although no pods are provided).
The lockbox is quite a walk away from the unit which makes a late-night check-in less convenient when arriving by train. There was confusion as to which floor the unit was on (as we were unclear what "mezzanine" meant in this case). Shower faucets were a bit tricky to use which caused some leaking. Air conditioning didn't seem to respond to the thermostat as if it was on a program. Would recommend a soap dish for the hand soap.

Kitchen could be better equipped.
GBLocation great, clean, functional and quiet. Bathrooms poor, shower head dysfunctional and leaking water onto floor. Aircon inconsistent and fridge occasionally didn’t work. Beds in twin rooms too small. No wardrobe space.

Air conditioning don’t work for the first 2 days as the maintenance team hadn’t changed it over from winter mode to summer - so it was very uncomfortable to sleep in. We had flooding from the shower because the drainage wasn’t working properly.
CALocation close to everything, very clean space, lots of room for 2 couples to stretch out and socialize yet still have privacy. Meals at home not a problem as there are lots of stores close by. Kitchen pretty well equipped. Good selection of eateries nearby if you don't want to cook.
Minor glitch with the AC on our first night. Notified the host next morning and they were very responsive. Had the issue fixed that same day. Thanks

Lacking in a few amenities , no dishcloth, no washing up liquid , no tea , coffee or water.
