"Comfortable stay but nothing special. The club floor is not worth the extra"

Room was excellent.

Lack of information about the hotel. I had to find the swimming pool and restaurant for myself The lifts were HOPELESS - freqently only one operating and a wait of up to 15 minutes at peak times was not unusual. I was staying in the club floor and the club lounge was a public space requiring payment for everything.
