Het appartement kan hier en daar wat opfrissing gebruiken, bijvoorbeeld stucwerk dat op sommige plaatsen gebarsten is en loskomt. De sofa is misschien ook aan vernieuwing toe.

We loved Casa Asplund. It is in a great location on what is possibly the cutest street of the many cute streets in Altea. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. It was immaculately clean. The balcony aff the living room and the terrace on the top floor are both great places to sit. The views from each are stunning.

We loved everything. It can't be denied that there are a lot of steps, both within the house and on the streets around it, but we were aware of this so it wasn't a problem. It is undeniably part of the charm of the place. One suggestion for the owner - mark the edge of the single step in the downstairs hallway with a line of tape or paint. It is rather invisible. You would get used to it if you lived there, but it's easy to miss as a visitor in a rental house. Finally - this is a very good property. Providing shampoo & shower gel and a bottle of water on arrival would cost the host next to nothing and would make the experience truly exceptional.

Altea jest piekniejsza niż na zdjęciach. Dom fantastyczny. Lokalizacja, wygoda, czystość i przepiękne widoki. Pierwszy pokój z 2 osobnymi łóżkami jest właściwie w piwnicy. To minus. Ale potem jest rewelacyjnie. Na parterze dwie łazienki oraz sypialnia z łóżkiem małżeńskim. Na piętrze kuchnia całkiem dobrze wyposażona, sypialnia małżeńska i salon z balkonem. Na dachu pomieszczenie gospodarcze i taras z cudownym widokiem.

Byliśmy z grupą przyjaciół. 6 dorosłych osób na 10 dni. Dostaliśmy 3 tabletki do zmywarki, dwie rolki papieru toaletowego i 2 worki na śmieci. Wszystko musieliśmy kupić. Zabrakło kompletu ręczników dla jednej osoby. Po wiadomości do właścicielki czekaliśmy 3 dni na te ręczniki. W oficjalnej wiadomości na temat smieci była informacja: "smieci należy wyrzucic". Ale gdzie? Segregować? Jak? Przecież w każdym kraju są inne zasady. Zapytaliśmy o to. Odpowiedź przyszła wtedy, kiedy zdesperowani zalegającymi workami, widząc, że pozostali mieszkańcy po prostu wystawiają je przed dom, zrobiliśmy to samo. Dostaliśmy dość uszczypliwą wiadomość okraszoną zdjęciem naszych śmieci, ze tak nie wolno. To było dość niemiłe, tym bardziej, że zależało nam na dostosowaniu się do wszystkich zasad.

lovely spacious clean apt

location is beautiful but very hilly not for the faint hearted we struggled to find apt as the roads are too narrow so you have a steep hill to climb with your luggage.

Nous avons tout aimé : l’emplacement, le logement, la vue, l’espace, l’équipement… tout était parfait ! C’est la meilleure location que nous ayons eue. Exceptionnel !

La ubicación muy céntrica y las vistas al mar.

La casa tenía muchísimas escaleras y eran muy estrechas, resultando bastante peligrosas. Una de mis hijas tuvo un accidente al bajar por ellas. Cada habitación estaba en una planta distinta, y la habitación de abajo tenia mucha humedad y dentro del falso techo había algún tipo de animal que hacía ruidos por las noches, no se si un gato o una rata. Por otro lado, las paredes eran de papel de fumar, se oía todo lo de los vecinos a través de ellas. No me ha gustado la experiencia, poco confortable y el trato de la anfitriona deja mucho que desear.
