The hotel lobby looked nice upon arrival, and early check-in was allowed, which helped us after a long journey in a monsoon rain. After request they provided toilet paper.

The property’s location was misleading, which caused major inconvenience in heavy rain. The room was poorly maintained, unclean, and lacked basic amenities. There were repeated power cuts and an attempt to overcharge at check-in. Staff – There was an attempt to charge more than the confirmed rate. Facilities – Poor maintenance, frequent power cuts, and no place to hang clothes. Cleanliness – Trash on the staircase, mold in the room. Comfort – Mold smell, missing basic amenities like toilet paper, and an overall damp, unwelcoming environment. Location – Listing showed an incorrect location, 14 km away from the actual property. Verify with Google Maps.

Good location near to har ke pauri. Good staff and well cleaned rooms.
