CasaViva - Lovely Trilo with patio in Rapallo

Sgradevole esperienza. Casa umida..lo sgabuzzino è da lasciare chiuso altrimenti si sviene...ma li ci sono le scope, sporche e la paletta non raccoglie... palazzina umida e rumorosa. Nel piccolo giardino minuscolo, contornato di fogliame selvaggio e da una grotta e umidità ovviamente, ho trovato già al checkin dei fogli di carta sparsi. Il colmo aver ricevuto un'ora prima del checkin una telefonata in cui mi avvisavano che l'appartamento non era pronto e volevano rimborsare.. poi volevano fare il checkin dall'automobile e poi dare le chiavi...per carità...!!! il cassetto delle pentole era unto e le pentole incraciate.. Ho purtroppo prenotato x 15 gg e avevo la biancheria che bastava appena per una settimana e soprattutto non pulita come si deve.....si commenta da solo.

I was very unhappy with the customer service. The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude and unhelpful, making the process unnecessarily complicated. Everything had to be done online, which would be very difficult for someone without internet access.The room itself was not clean the bed, curtains, and other surfaces were dirty. The patio area was also unclean, and I even saw lizards there. Overall, the experience was disappointing, both in terms of service and cleanliness.

The location was not so good, it was near at railway so it is noisy. The house was not clean and the conditions were not as per foto that perhaps were made many years ago. Inside there was no washing machine(most of apartments do have one, there wasn’t even salt in the kitchen. The most of wardrobes had locks on the doors and they were closed. The apartment is very noisy: you can hear everything what is happening in the neighbors apartments and every time someone is opening the water tap you will hear it very loud in your rooms. The closed was full of mold and smelled so bad we did’t open it. The terrace was not so bad, but very dirty pavement and litter everywhere. The check in is at 16:00(in our case it was possible at 14:00 which was acceptable and good), which is so late i never saw before and checkout no later than 10. So much rules to follow and no commodities.
